Managing Partner

Lina is the managing partner and co–founder of LinTax & Associates Inc. She has been practicing tax and accounting since 2016, undertaking tax reviews for individuals, sole proprietors, corporations, and partnerships.

As a managing partner she focuses revolves around client success, ensuring that each client is comfortable with a firm approach and is confident in their understanding of their individual and business tax circumstances. Lina specializes in tax preparation, IRS representation, payroll tax, and strategic tax planning for her clients.

Lina is an Enrolled Agent federally licensed tax practitioner, she has unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS for any issues relating to collections, audits, or tax appeals.

Also, Lina is a public notary certified by the National Notary Association, and commissioned by the State of Illinois. Lina is fluent in English, Lithuanian, and Russian.

She believes in continuous learning and enjoys challenging herself and seeking new knowledge. Lina was raised in Lithuania and now resides in Mundelein with her family. She enjoys Mundelein for its family-friendly neighbors and gardening in her backyard.

Nadia has been practicing tax and accounting since 2018. She helps individuals, sole proprietors, corporations, and partnerships across various industries with both tax preparation and accounting.

Her calm demeanor always puts her clients at ease during business and tax discussions. Nadia believes each client deserves an individualized approach, and she always strives to meet her client’s particular needs.

Nadia credits her success to curiosity, open-mindedness, and honesty. She believes in continuous learning and enjoys challenging herself and seeking new knowledge.

Nadia was born and raised in Chernivtsi, Ukraine, where she still has family and friends. She moved to the United States in 2015 and lived in multiple states since that time. Now she resides in Arlington Heights, IL with her husband. When she’s not working, she likes to travel and enjoys international cuisine.
